In the Bronx, family is everything. At Jerry & Son's, we always put family first. It’s in our company’s blood! Our foundation began when a young Jerry Orabona turned his love for working on cars into a full-fledged business. This was the start of what would become a company owned and operated by three generations of the Orabona family. Jerry first opened up shop back in 1944, fixing the Buicks, Fords, and Chevrolets of his day; he discovered a true passion for auto repair with a customer-first mentality. Back then, naming a business Jerry & Son had a deep meaning for the company’s local, family-first prominence. It still does. 

Founder Jerry Orabona passed down Jerry & Son to his son, Al, in 1960. In 2003, his grandson, Chris Orabona, took the steering wheel and elevated Jerry & Son into the modern auto repair business customers know and love today. Al and Chris share the same passion for cars as Jerry did. Sure, technology and trendy cars have changed since 1944, but Jerry & Son's 77 years of high-quality, honest service remains unmatched.
